February 1 Week Course: 17th to 23rd Feb 2020
March 1 Week Course: 16th to 22nd March 2020

Duration: 1 week certification course for already trained coaches and gym owners.

Minimum Qualification: 10th passed and experience in exercise.

Description: CBT is a short course offered by National School of Bodybuilding, Jalandhar. The duration of this course is 1 week. Enrolled students are required to stay in the hostel. This course has been specifically designed for already trained and experienced gym trainers and gym owners. In this course the knowledge of science of bodybuilding, fitness and nutrition is discussed in approximately 15-18hrs study program. Students are trained to teach and guide, exercise enthusiasts in the gyms. Experience in exercise is must. At the end of the course students are awarded with a Certificate of Gym Trainer.

Facilities: Hostel stay, food, books and other study material and certificate.

Documents and enclosure: Coloured photocopy of 10th class (Showing DOB) certificate, 10+2 pass certificate or Graduation certificate and ID proof mentioning permanent home address. Plus Bank draft of the registration amount at the name of Tara’s Institute of Allied Health Sciences , payable at Jalandhar, Punjab.
