Duration: 1 year distant education program from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University

Qualification: 10+2 in any stream and CBT

Description: DGFT is prestigious 1 year course offered by National School of Bodybuilding under the auspices of Tara’s Institute of Sports Sciences Distance education centre of Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai. It is a distant education program and candidates enrol and apply during the CBT seminar. The students are given the study material. They have an option to stay in the hostel and pay the applicable hostel fees or can go home and study of their own. Then in the month of May 2015 one has to come for the final written university examination at our study centre in Jalandhar.

The CBT seminar is must for every DGFT student because during this study program the students are awarded internal assessment marks (25 marks per subject) and practical marks (100 marks per practical) on the basis of their performance during the seminar.

After passing students are awarded with diploma certificates by the university.

Plus Bank draft of the registration amount at the name of Tara’s Institute of Allied Health Sciences , payable at Jalandhar, Punjab.
